Parish Outreach

The St Ann’s Outreach Ministry is committed to connect with parishioners who face challenges such as homebound, hospitalized or simply need someone to help them get to appointments.

These dedicated parishioners visit and offer spiritual or emotional support to those in need. They bring Holy Communion to those who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, age etc.

Members generally visit people in their homes or in the hospital and assist them in attending Mass when possible.
